Luke Martineau is a London-based artist Oxford graduate who studied at the Heatherley School of Fine Art and has just concluded a 10-year tenure as President of the Chelsea Art Society. Luke is a versatile painter whose output encompasses portraiture , landscape, still life and illustration. Highlights of the last 5 years include painting Her Majesty The Queen visiting Eton and in 2010 accompanying then Prince of Wales to India as official tour artist. His work is held in many public and private collections, including the Royal Collection.
ART EXHIBITION
During Belgravia in Bloom and Chelsea Flower Show week, Luke Martineau launches 'Atelier' a solo exhibition of new works inspired by the fashion collections and working atelier of British fashion designer Anna Mason. Housed in a Grade II former stable block the bringing together of art and fashion promises to be a visual delight for all who visit.
